Our geometry, our workshop.
We design and manufacture the burrs in Bellevue, alongside the critical components that keep them aligned. Every burr carrier is inspected for flatness of ±5 microns or less.

CLARITY & EXTRACTION
Every nuance.
Nothing overlooked.
For the light-roast explorer. The Flat MAX brings 98mm Shuriken burrs, a dedicated pre-crusher, and precise alignment together in pursuit of what your coffee can be.

01 / ENGINEERED WITH INTENTION
Blind Shuriken burrs leave the grinding face free of mounting holes. Paired with a conical pre-crusher, they form a two-stage design made for extracting the detail in light-roasted espresso.

A short exit chute and the Thwacker help release grounds after each dose.
Stepless, lockless adjustment and variable motor speed let you tune the grind to your coffee.
A brushless DC motor rated for 40,000 hours and precision-aligned SKF bearings support the grinding assembly. Standard industrial motor and driver components are chosen with long-term serviceability in mind.

03 / MADE FOR YOUR EVERYDAY
Each Monolith is assembled individually, then tested with espresso. Your extraction report is part of the story.
The MAX is designed around clarity and extraction in light roasts. For medium and dark roasts, the Flat SDRM or Conical offers a different expression of the cup.
A WDT tool, RDT spray bottle, 58mm dosing funnel, Mr Puff, and a 110V power cable. Other voltage configurations require a suitable local IEC cable.
The grinding chamber can be cleaned without losing your grind setting. The short exit chute and Thwacker help clear remaining grounds between doses.
Each grinder includes a 12-month warranty for non-commercial use.
The report records our individual espresso test of your grinder. Its grind setting is a starting point: dial in for your own coffee, basket, dose and machine rather than trying to reproduce our test shot.
